There are three simple steps: Count your emissions, reduce your mechanical emissions via technology and efficiency initiatives, and implement an offset program to cover the balance. You own steps one and two. We at Dynamic Sky LLC will own step three.

From your perspective, the offset program journey (step three) will look like this:

• Phase I: Hire Dynamic Sky LLC (12-24 months consulting agreement).
  • Establish the emissions target.
  • Approve the land agreement we put together on your behalf.
  • Approve the lists of conservation practices and associated budget that we provide you.
  • Approve the validation and verification body (VBB) recommendation and associated budget.
• Phase II: Confirm Dynamic Sky LLC as your long-term partner.
  • Fund execution of work to conduct designated conservation practices on designated land.
  • Received high integrity credits and become Net Zero.

It is this easy.

From our perspective, the offset program journey will look like this:

• Phase 1: We will work with you to establish the plan and assemble the team. Team members include:
  • Landowners and their representatives
  • Foresters and agronomists
  • Technology experts (e.g., satellite providers and soil probe manufacturers)
  • Landscapers and farmers
  • Validation and verification body (VBB) representatives
• Phase 2: Once we are confirmed as your third-party manager of record:
  • We will launch hundreds of projects to help you meet your target
  • We will manage the ten distinct steps of each project:
    • Initial Discussion with Landowner
    • Master Agreement signature with Landowner
    • Practice Location Selection
    • Execution Planning
    • Project and Practice Acceptance by the Landowner
    • Execution of Work
    • Project Validation
    • Data Processing
    • Program Validation
    • Credit / Offset Generation
  • Ensure all parties are aware of project status and accountabilities at each step
  • Capture all required data as real-world activities occur during each step
  • Serve data to:
    • The validation and verification body (VVB) of record
    • Executive level dashboards
    • Offset registry
